Hibajji Terms of Use

To open an account on hibajji, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and your own; providing false information will result in account closure. Each individual may only create one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. By completing registration, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use online betting in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential and must not share them with any third party.

All financial transactions on hibajji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Completing identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before depositing funds into your account, and this process may require national ID information. Deposits may only be made from registered payment methods; using third-party bank accounts or mobile banking numbers is prohibited. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, hibajji reserves the right to void the bet or apply the correct odds. If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with the relevant sport's international rules. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your hibajji account, so keep your login details secure and log out after each session when using unfamiliar devices. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. hibajji will never ask for your password or payment details via email or message; be cautious if you receive any such communication. Any form of fraud, hacking, or use of illegal software in connection with your account will be treated as a punishable offense. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication to keep your account secure.

Using bots, automated software, or any unauthorized technology to place bets on the hibajji platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Harassing other users, creating accounts under false identities, or using the platform for money laundering purposes is strictly forbidden. If there is any suspicion of collusion or match-fixing, the relevant account will be immediately suspended and the appropriate authorities will be notified. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers or gain advantages through multiple accounts may result in forfeiture of all winnings. hibajji reserves the right to close any account without notice for any reason, though any rightful balance will be returned.

For significant changes, a notification may be sent to the registered email or displayed within the platform.
